摘要
探讨了在城市尺度上可再生能源利用规划编制的技术方法,介绍了如何从资源评估、设施布局及系统管理三个方面着手编制具有实施性的可再生能源利用规划,为今后进一步加强和深化城市可再生能源利用规划工作做了初步探索。结合北京延庆县的实际案例,对可再生能源利用专项规划的定位、内容和主要技术流程进行了研究和论述。
This paper explores the technical methods of compiling the special planning of renewable energy utilization on the scale of city,including how to formulate implementation-oriented plans from the perspectives of resource assessment,facility layout,and system management.Based on the case study on Yanqing County of Beijing,the paper further studies and discusses the positioning,content,and main technical processes of the special planning of urban renewable energy utilization.
