摘要
回顾了基于"整体观"的保护理念和实践的发展历程,阐述了转型期历史文化名城在探索整体保护中的压力与机遇。以南京为例,将转型期对整体观的认知与南京历史文化名城保护规划相结合,总结了整体保护理念指导下的规划思路方法和保护控制要求,并提出关于实施机制的一些建议。
The paper reviews evolution of protection concept and practice based on the integral protection concept,introduced the pressure and opportunities in the exploration of the Historical and Cultural City protection in the transitional period.Taking Nanjing as an example,the paper combines the understanding of integral protection concept and the protection planning of the Historical and Cultural City of Nanjing in the transitional period,concludes planning ideas and protection requirements guided by the concept of integral protection,and then gives some suggestions on the implementation mechanism.
