摘要
本文利用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和丝氨酸(Ser)构建的二元复合体系作为有效调控剂对碳酸钙仿生矿化进行研究,并对所得的产物使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)进行了表征。结果显示,在PAM单独存在时,获得的产物为方解石,但当PAM/Ser的摩尔浓度比为1:1和1:2时,获得的为方解石和球霰石的混合相,且产物中球霰石的比例随丝氨酸浓度的增大而升高。研究结果表明,PAM/Ser二元复合体系对碳酸钙的晶体生长过程起着十分重要的影响。
Different morphologies of CaCO3 have been synthesized through controlling the concentration ratios of the PAM and ser in the mixture solution.The products are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) analysis.We found that when there is the effect of PAM,the product of scarbonate is a main calcite-type.when the concentration ratio of PAM and ser is 1:1 or 1:2,product is a mixture of calcite and aragonite system with concentration of ser growing thicker,the calcium carbonate of aragonite-type becomes more.It is shown that PAM and ser have significant effect in the crystal growth of calcium carbonate.
