家猫超数排卵的研究

STUDIES ON SUPEROVULATION IN CATS

用促卵泡激素(FSH),孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)建立家猫有效的超数排卵方法。FSH与PMSG的超排效果相比,前者明显优于后者。FSH 50单位/只的超排效果最好,最多者可达23个胚胎。胚胎回收率为68.18％。受精后前4天在输卵管可收集到1—、2—和4—细胞胚胎,第5天以后可在于宫收集到8—、16—细胞胚胎,第6天开始收集到桑椹胚。

Fifty nine cats ( 39 females, 20 males ) were used in this study. Su-perovulation was induced by injection intramuscular of different dosages of FSH twice daily for 3 days or PMSG once, and then injection intravenous of HCG 100 IU/cat on the 4th day. The cats were mated or artificially inseminated with undiluted semen at the time HCG administered. The ovaries were examined and the oviducts and uteri were flushed in vitro at laparotomy for embryo recovery. The results were as follows. In comparison with PMSG, FSH is more efficient; The optimal dosage of FSH for superovulation of the adult cats is 50 IU/cat; The embryo recovery rate was 68.18%) 1-, 2-and 4-cell stages of embryos were collected from oviducts at the first four days after insemination, 8- and 16- cell stages of embryos from uteri on day 5 . The morulae were collected on day 6 .
