摘要
采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法,对教育部直属的75所高校的体育教师的工作满意度进行调查研究。通过研究不同人口统计学变量高校体育教师的工作满意度差异、高校体育教师工作满意度六个维度和高校体育教师工作满意度的总体、平均及Pearson相关系数,发现高校体育教师对个人的职业发展、教学环境和薪酬福利满意度较低。提出:建立"评聘结合、动态管理"的管理体制,为高校体育教师营造合理的职业发展空间;创新高校体育教师激励机制,倡导"教研结合,以研促教";建立体现公平性的高校体育教师薪酬待遇机制。
By means of questionnaire, mathematical statistics, literature research method to directly under the Ministry of education in 75 universities of PE Teachers" job satisfaction research. By studying the different demographic variables on job satisfaction of University PE teachers, PE Teachers" job satisfaction between sixdimensions of College PE Teachers" job satisfaction and o- verall, mean and Pearson correlation coefficient was found in physical education teachers in Colle- ges and universities on personal occupation development, teaching environment and salary welfare lower satisfaction. Proposed: establishing" evaluation combination, dynamic management" man- agement system for physical education teachers in Colleges and universities to create a reasonable occupation space for development; the innovation of college physical education teachers incentive mechanism, advocate " teaching, promoting teaching with research"; establish the embodiment of fairness of College PE Teacher' salary mechanism.
