强磁场对Bi-Mn和Al-Ni合金析出相形态的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF HIGH MAGNETIC FIELD ON MORPHOLOGY OF PRECIPITATED Bi-Mn AND Al-Ni PHASES

摘要 采用逐层分析的方法研究了强磁场下MnBi和Al3Ni析出相的形态。发现Bi-6wt%Mn合金的铸态相中,MnBi析出相为薄片状,不呈树枝晶形貌。施加10 T磁场后,在平行磁场方向呈取向的棒状组织,在垂直磁场方向呈六方状。Al3Ni析出相在铸态组织中有初步聚合,施加10 T磁场后,沿磁场方向平行分布且层间距基本不变。 The morphology of MnBi and Al3Ni in samples which solidified under 10 T high magnetic fields was studied through layer-by-layer analysis method.In the casting sample of Bi-6wt% Mn alloy,the MnBi phase was slice type but not dendrite morphology.After treated under 10 T high magnetic fields,the MnBi phase changed to a short bar shape paralleling to the field direction,and was observed as hexagon in the direction perpendicular to the field.The Al3Ni phase primary aggregated in casting sample.After treated under high magnetic fields,the parallel structure was visible in the surface which was along the field direction and its parallel distance was almost the same.
