FDI对我国高新技术产业自主创新能力影响的实证分析

Empirical Analysis on the Effects of FDI on Self-Innovations Ability of Hi-tech Industry in China

选取我国高新技术产业17个四位码行业1998—2006年的面板数据,在Griliches-Jaffe知识生产函数的基础上构建计量模型,采用GMM方法分析了FDI的技术溢出与我国高新技术产业技术创新能力之间的关系。研究结果表明:外资企业的研发活动对我国高新技术产业创新能力产生正的溢出效应,是以当地企业具备一定的吸收能力为前提条件的;我国高新技术产业存在"发展门槛",这在一定程度上阻碍了FDI对我国高新技术产业技术创新能力的正溢出效应的发生。

This paper uses panel data of 17 Chinese four-digit hi-tech industries from 1998 to 2006,and constructs an econometric model on the basis of Knowledge Producing Formula of Griliches Jaffe.This paper employs GMM to estimate the relationship between technological spillovers from foreign invested enterprises and the innovative capacity of Chinese high-tech industries.Then,according to the numerical analysis,the conclusions include that the absorptive capacity may be a pre-condition for foreign invested enterprises＇ RD activities to play a significant role in innovative capacity of domestic enterprises in China,and there is such a thing as development threshold hindering the spillover of innovation from foreign companies to domestic enterprises.
