研究研发与创新过程中的影响因素,探寻其影响机理,对于发展知识经济及建设创新型国家具有重要的战略意义。针对国内外关于研发与创新过程中影响因素的诸多研究成果进行梳理,总结并陈述了企业内部影响因素、企业外部影响因素以及时间阶段的纵向影响效果3方面的主要研究成果及研究不足。最后,指出了研发与创新过程中影响因素研究领域的进一步研究方向。

The study of factors in the process of RD and innovation is of great significance for the development of national knowledge economy and to achieve our strategic goal of building an innovation-oriented country.This paper conducts deep analysis and discussions on a number of factors affecting the process of domestic and foreign RD and innovations,and summarizes the effect of internal factors,external factors and the vertical impacts,major research achievements and inadequate research.At last,the paper concludes the direction of further research in the field of study on factors affecting the RD and innovation process.
