Breeding Report of A New Millet Variety Changnong 0302

谷子新品种长农0302为山西省农业科学院谷子研究所以SR3522作母本,晋谷16号作父本杂交选育而成。2005—2006年在山西省谷子中晚熟区试中,2a平均折合产量3891.0kg/hm^2,较对照品种晋谷34号增产13.3%。籽粒含粗蛋白12.32%、粗脂肪3.17%、赖氨酸0.21%、直链淀粉(脱脂样品)15.79%,维生素B_1 0.33mg/100g,胶稠度122mm,糊化温度(碱消指数)4.2。适宜在无霜期150d以上的丘陵旱地春播种植。

Changnong 0302 was a new variety bred by crossing with the parental combination of SR3522 as female, Jingu 16 as male by Institute of Millet Crops, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In 2005-2006, the average yield of Changnong 0302 was 3 891.0 kg/hm2 and 13.3% higher than of the check Jingu 34 in region test of Shanxi. The results showed that seed crude protein, crude fat, lysine, amylose（defatted samples）, Vitamin Bt, gel consistency, gelatinization temperature（alkali spreading value） were 12.32%, 3.17%, 0.21%, 15.79%, 0.33 mg/lO0 g, 122 mm, 4.2. It is suitable to dry spring plant in the hills of above 150 days of frost-free in china.
