摘要
使用一氯均三嗪-β-环糊精(MCT-β-CD)对纯棉或涤棉织物进行接枝工艺,再用自制驱蚊剂QW-2对接枝后的织物进行防蚊整理,研究了接枝工艺的影响因素,并对QW-2的组分比例、QW-2的用量以及织物驱蚊效果等进行了分析。得出了最佳接枝工艺为:环糊精100 g/L,纯碱20 g/L,汽蒸8 min;最佳防蚊整理工艺:柠檬桉油、香茅油、薄荷油、艾蒿油质量之比为4∶2∶3∶1,驱蚊剂用量为2%。试验证明,该防蚊整理工艺简单,整理后的织物水洗30次后,仍具有一定的防蚊效果。
This paper applies the grafting technology to pure cotton or polyester/cotton knitted fabric by using monochlortriazingl-β-cyclodextrin(MCT-β-CD),then makes the anti-mosquito finishing to the grafted fabrics by using the self-developed mosquito repellent QW-2,studies the factors influencing the grafting technology,and analyzes the preparing method of QW-2,applied amount of QW-2 and the anti-mosquito effect.It can be concluded that the optimized grafting technology is: 100 g/L of cyclodextrin,20 g/L of soda and 8 minutes of steaming;and the optimized anti-mosquito finishing technology is that the mass proportion of lemon eucalyptus oil,citronella oil,peppermint oil and mugwort oil is 4∶2∶3∶1 and the concentration of mosquito repellent is 2%.The experimental results show that the developed anti-mosquito finishing technology is simple,and the fabrics after being washed more than 30 times still possess some anti-mosquito function.
