一剂型涤纶染色助剂HK-2028的应用

Application of the all-in-one polyester dyeing auxiliary HK-2028

通过测试,分析了一剂型涤纶染色助剂HK-2028的pH值稳定性、高温分散性、移染性和缓染性,然后将其应用于大批量实际生产中。实践证明,HK-2028性能优良,能够代替冰醋酸、醋酸钠、螯合剂、分散剂和匀染剂等染色助剂,实现一种助剂替代多种助剂并取得满意的染色效果;同时,与传统涤纶染色相比,应用HK-2028可降低染色成本一半左右。

According to testing,this paper analyzes the stability of pH value,dispersion under high temperature,dye mobility and retarding effect of the all-in-one polyester dyeing auxiliary HK-2028,and then applies it in the batch production.It shows that HK-2028 bears good properties,which can take place of glacial acetic acid,sodium acetate,chelating agent,disperse agent and leveling agent.In addition,compared to the traditional polyester dyeing,the application of HK-2028 can reduce dyeing cost by 50% or so.
