摘要
在6口面积均为0.4 hm2的微咸水池中养殖凡纳滨对虾,密度为7.5×105尾/hm2,其中4口混养锦鲤,密度分别为1500、3000、60001、2 000尾/hm2,研究混养锦鲤对凡纳滨对虾池水质及产量影响。结果表明:混养池水质比较稳定,透明度、NH4+-N和NO2--N波动幅度较小且数值较低,混养池对虾平均产量为3345 kg/hm2,比单养池平均产量2268 kg/hm2高47.5%,其中混养锦鲤3000尾/hm2的池虾产量最高,达到3765 kg/hm2。
The study was conducted to investigate the effects of polyculture of ornamental carp(Cyprinus carpio) with Pacific white leg shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei) on water quality and yield in low saline water.Pacific white leg shrimp were stocked into six low saline ponds with surface area of 0.4 hm2 at a rate of 7.5×105 individuals/hm2,four ponds of which were stocked with ornamental carp juveniles at a rate of 1500,3000,6000,and 12 000 individuals/hm2.The results showed that relatively constant water quality were found in polyculture ponds.The levels of transparency,ammonia and nitrite were lower and stabler in these ponds than in monoculture ponds.The average yield of shrimp in the polyculture ponds was 3345 kg/hm2 while that in monoculture ponds was 2268 kg/hm2.The maximal yield of shrimp(3765 kg/hm2) was observed in the polyculture pond stocked at a rate of 3000 ornamental carp individuals/hm2.
