摘要
主要介绍了采用CompactDAQ平台,监测热泵干燥装置运行时主要参数干燥室进出口温度和相对湿度。笔记本电脑为上位机,实时图形和数字显示监测数据并进行数据存储;CompactDAQ平台为下位机,NI 9205模块将温湿度变送器的电压输出信号进行A/D转换,经USB 2.0总线传至上位机进行相关数据处理与存储。通过试验,获得了纯棉布、白萝卜干燥过程的主要干燥参数变化规律。试验结果表明:基于LabVIEW的数据采集系统在热泵干燥领域具有实际的应用价值,为实时监控物料干燥过程及干燥设备的自动控制提供了有效的途径。
CompactDAQ platform was introduced and applied in the research.It was used to monitor the main parameters such as drying chamber inlet and outlet temperature,as well as relative humidity. Laptop(as the upper computer) was used in monitoring data real-time,displaying and storing synchronously.As the lower computer,CompactDAQ platform inserted with NI 9205 module transformed analog signal to digital one.The USB 2.0 bus was employed to transfer digital signal to the upper computer,meanwhile,the data was processed and saved on the hard disk.The primary drying parameters evolution was acquired on both pure cotton and radish through the test.The experimental results demonstrate that it has practical utility in the heat pump drying field by using the data acquisition system based on LabVIEW,and it provides an effective way for real-time monitoring drying course of material and auto-control of drying equipment.
