摘要 为合理地确定太阳能板的最佳放置位置以提高其发电效率,以PIC18F2420单片机为核心设计了一个数据采集传送系统,用于检测和传送光伏发电系统的环境温度、太阳能板工作温度以及光照强度,从而为确定太阳能板的最佳放置形式和放置角度提供了可靠的测试数据,间接地提高了发电效率。该系统由Pt100铂热电阻作为温度传感器,2DU6光电池作为光强传感器,通讯部分采用RS-485总线技术。经实践证明数据检测精度高,传输稳定可靠。 To determine the reasonable placement position of photovoltaic board and improve the power generation efficiency,a data acquisition and transmission system was designed based on the PIC18F2420 MCU.The environment temperature and the photovoltaic board temperature as well as the illumination intensity could be measured and transmitted by this system.Thus the reliable test data for determining the best placement form and angle of the photovoltaic board could be provided,and the power generation efficiency could be indirectly improved by this system.The system used Pt100 platinum resistance as the temperature sensor and 2DU6 PV as the illumination intensity sensor.Besides,the RS485 bus technique was used to transmit the data in this system.It is verifies that the acquired data is accurate and the transmission is reliable.
