摘要
围绕"以学生为中心,教师为辅导"的原则,结合教学方式和教学手段改革,以教学内容为核心,初步探讨了本科生物化学教学改革.在教学内容方面,不仅强调系统性,而且更强调突出重点内容,讲授生物化学的蛋白质、酶、核酸和糖代谢等重要特异性内容,满足立志考研的学生的学习愿望,同时,与实践结合,满足立志基层就业学生的学习要求;教学方式从传统的灌输式转向讲解式、引导式、启发式、举例式、互动交流式、任务驱动式、竞赛式或多种方式结合的形式;教学手段朝多样化方向发展,由简单的板书教学转为多媒体教学、示教片教学、实验教学、网络教学等.通过教学改革,培养了学生的学习兴趣、调动了学生学习的积极性,充分发挥了学生的主观能动性,培养和提高了学生自主学习的能力,从而使学生能更好地适应竞争日益激烈的"考研热"和就业基层化的新形势.
To culture high-quality students in new occupational situation,based on the principle of "student is the core,teacher is the assistant",combined with the reformation of teaching method and teaching means,teaching content was used as the key to discuss the reformation of biochemistry teaching.Compared with the traditional teaching content,the reformed one not only emphasized the systematicness,but also lay stress on the key points such as protein,enzyme,nucleic acid and carbohydrate metabolism,which was suit for the students who would take part in the entrance examination for master degree,and the content should be associated with the specialty,which was fit for the students who would work in the basic unit.Teaching method extended to various methods,which include inductive teaching,heuristic lecturing,illustrational lecturing,communication,task driving method,competition and the combining of above mentioned methods.Teaching means were developed into diversification,which were transformed from the only blackboard writing into multimedia,teaching film,experimental teaching,network teaching.Via reformation above,the study interest of the students were aroused,the enthusiasm of the students were mobilized,the subjective initiative of the students were brought into full play,the self studying abilities of the students were improved,and all of which comprehensively elevate the students quality to adapt the new occupational situation which was the craze for graduate school and getting a job in basic unit.
