加强网络社会管理 提升网络道德素养——大学生不道德网络行为的社会管理对策

消除网络对大学生的负面影响,关键在于加强网络社会管理,创新网络社会管理体制,着力网络道德制度建设,强化网络道德素养培育,改善网络道德培育的社会氛围,优化网络道德培育模式、措施和方法,以达到明确网络行为的道德边界,建构多元管理主体之间的网络联动机制,营造良好的道德行为环境,提升大学生网络道德素养,养成其遵守网络道德行为准则的良好习惯。网络的社会后果,在相当程度上取决于政府和社会能在多大程度上对包括大学生在内的年青一代的网络行为进行有效的社会管理,并提升其网络道德素养,引导其积极、健康地参与网络生活。

Eliminating the negative influence of network on college students mainly lies in strengthening the management of network society,innovating management system of network society,focusing on the construction of network moral system,promoting moral accomplishment of network,improving the society atmosphere of network moral cultivation,optimizing the model and methods of moral cultivation.All of these are carried on in order to make clear the moral boundary of network behavior,construct network linkage mechanism between multi management main bodies,create a good moral environment,promote college students＇ network moral cultivation and let the students have good habits to comply with network standards of ethical conduct.The results of network society mainly depend on whether the government and society can take an effective society management of the network behaviors of the younger generation including college students on a quite great degree,promote their network moral quality and lead them to participate in network life actively and healthily.
