免费开放后读者服务存在的问题及对策——以荣昌县图书馆为例

Problems of the Reader Service after Library Free to the Public and Countermeasure——take Rongchang County Library as an example

全国范围内的公共图书馆免费开放工作将于今年8月开始实施,重庆市作为试点已于6月实现了辖区内公共图书馆无障碍、零门槛进入。作者对重庆西部的荣昌县图书馆免费开放后读者服务存在的问题和对策进行了阐述,希望对即将实施免费开放的其它基层图书馆有一些借鉴作用。

The work that all public libraries are free open to the public is going to start in August this year. As the pilot project of the whole country, Chongqing has allowed the public enter without any barriers and limits in June. This paper states the problems and the solutions of the service for readers in Rongchang county library, which is located in the west of Chongqing after free to the public, it hopes to give references for other primary - level libraries.
