伴随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,数字化图书馆建设取得了长足的进步。在这一过程中文献信息的数字化、网络化以及信息共享的出现,难免会涉及到当代数字图书馆建设中的知识产权问题。数字图书馆服务的产生与发展同知识产权的保护问题紧密相关,应当以科学理性的态度来对待,合理处理二者之间的关系,用高科技手段加强对知识产权的合法性保护。

With the rapid development of modem information technology, the digital library＇s construction has made great progress. In this process of the literature information digitalization, networking and informa- tion sharing, it＇s hard to avoid involving the issues of intellectual property in contemporary digital library＇s construction. Digital library services and development is closely related to the protection of intellectual property , we should keep a rational attitude to treat them and properly handle the relationship between the two, so as to use high- tech means to strengthen the legal oroteetion of intellectual property.
