Through quality cost management, which quantifies the quality problems into cost considerations, we can continuously improve the quality and the degree of customer satisfaction. In addition, quality cost management can quantify the effectiveness of the company’s quality management system （QMS） to reduce quality losses and raise the company’s economic benefits.
