摘要 针对一套硫铁矿制酸装置采用AS催化剂,使系统总转化率达到99.9%,排放尾气中ρ(SO2)≤260 mg/m3的实践,从运行参数、实地检测、催化剂性能及使用情况等方面进行了分析,探讨了采用新型AS系列催化剂解决新标准要求尾气中SO2排放浓度限值下调至400 mg/m3的可行性。 With reference to the practice in a sulphuric acid plant from pyrite feed, where AS catalyst is used to achieve 99.9% of overall conversion inthe system, and ρ(SO2) ≤260 mg/m3 in the emitted tailgas. In terms of operating parameters, field testing, catalyst performance and application, thefeasibility of meeting the new standard requirement for limit of SO2 emission concentration down to 400 mg/m3 by using the new AS series catalyst is analyzed and discussed.
