概述了随着液化气产量以及高含硫原油加工比例的上升,Merox碱洗抽提脱硫工艺的难度加大,而纤维膜接触器脱硫技术具有脱硫效率高、产品质量高、碱液消耗少、碱渣产量少、无碱液夹带、设备投资省和处理能力大等优点。重点介绍了纤维膜接触器的工作原理及纤维膜液化气脱硫工艺,简明阐释了纤维膜脱硫工艺在国内炼油行业的应用现状,以及该技术国产化和推广应用前景。
The advantages of fiber membrane contractor desulphurization technology are outlined, including high desulphurization efficiency, high prod-uct quality, low consumption of alkali solution, low alkali residue, free of alkali solution carryover, equipment investment saving, big treatment capacity,among others, as it gets more and more difficult to use the Merox alkali wash extraction desulphurization process with increasing liquefied petroleum gasproduction and ratio of processing high-sulphur crude oil. The working principle of the fiber membrane contactor and the fiber membrane liquefied petrole-um gas desulphurization technology are highlighted, and the current status for application of fiber membrane desulphurization technology in the refining in-dustry in China are briefly described, as well as the domestic technology and its prospect for application.
