144只Arbor Acres父母代种母鸡分成6个处理,在饲喂同一基础日粮水平上,分别添加dl-α-生育酚醋酸酯0、5、10、20、40、160(mg/kg)。公鸡18只,不分处理。 试验前进行耗竭试验,至第六周,血浆、肝脏和蛋黄内α-生育酚含量降到持续平稳状态。在29~33周龄期间,各处理每枚蛋中α-生育酚含量依次为:179、183、283、418、631、1875(μg);每只鸡的肝中α-生育酚含量依次为0、2.2、4.7、9.1、14.9、59.5(μg)在34~68周龄期间,上述相应各值依次为:207、305、391、650、1186、4166(μg)及0.10、0.15、0.20、0.32、0.63、1.93(μg)。随着添加水平的提高,种蛋及肝脏中α-生育酚含量呈明显等级增加趋势。每千克基础日粮添加5~40mg dl-α-生育酚醋酸酯的各处理,比未添加的对照组产蛋量明显提高,饲料消耗降低(P<0.05);不同处理间种蛋的受精率、孵化率无显著差异。
One hundred and forty-four 22-week-old Arbor Acres breeding hens were used to investigate the utilization of a-tocopherol in laying period. The hens were divided into 6 groups of 24 hens each. All groups were fed the same diet which differed only in the amount of dl-α-tocopherol acetate added per kg: group E0, Omg; group E5, 5mg ; group E10, 10mg; group E20, 20mg; group E40, 40mg, and group E160, 160mg. For alleviating the effects of endogenous α-tocopherol, 6 week depletion was arranged prior to the formal experiment.
After 6 week depiet on, the contents of α-tocopherol in tissues kept in a lower and constant status. In group E0, E5, E10 , E20, E40 and E180 , the average values of α-tocopherol during the period of 29th to 33th week were 179, 183, 283, 418, 631 and 1875μg/per day in breeding eggs and 0 , 2.2, 4.7, 9.1, 14.9, 59.5 μg per liver per day respectively. During the period of 34th to 68th week they were 207, 305, 391, 650, 1186 and 4166μg per egg, and 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.32, 0.63and 1.93 μg per liver per day respectively. With increase in dietary a-tocopherol and delay of the period of experiment , the a-tocopherol contents of egg and liver increased.The groups supplemented with 5-40 mg α-tocopherol per kg diet resulted in a higher egg production and lower feed consumption than that of control ( E0 ) ( P<0.05 ) . The fertility and hatchability among different groups were no significant differences (P>0.05 ) .
