中国低碳化背景下的碳金融激励机制 被引量：4

摘要 碳金融激励机制是实现中国低碳经济和兑现国际减排承诺的有效选择。营建中国碳金融激励机制,必须要理清碳金融激励内在机理,克服现有国内机制缺陷,设计合理改进方案,方能实现经济增长与环境改善的帕累托均衡,顺利完成肩负的国际责任。
