沥青发泡性能机理分析及评价指标优化研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过对沥青发泡过程的微观分析,深入研究了沥青发泡各环节的主要影响因素(发泡温度和用水量)的作用机理,提出微观沥青泡沫的膨胀曲线与宏观沥青泡沫的衰落曲线之间的联系。在此基础上,对现有的沥青发泡特性评价方法进行了比较分析,分析了现行评价体系的缺陷,并综合考虑试验方法的准确性、评价指标的合理性,施工应用的可操作性提出了优化后的沥青发泡特性评价指标和试验方法。 In this paper,by microscopic analysis of asphalt forming,the relations between asphalt foaming characteristic and its effect factor were studied,the relations between the volume change of single asphalt bubble and the decline curve of foamed asphalt were also discussed.On this basis,the existing evaluation indexes of the asphalt foaming characteristic were compared and analyzsed.Considering the accuracy of test method,the rationality of evaluation indexes and construction operability,optimized evaluation indexes of asphalt foaming characteristic were put forward.
