尾加压素Ⅱ在肺癌细胞中的表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 尾加压素-Ⅱ(urotensin-H,U-Ⅱ)最早是Bern于1985年自硬骨鱼的脊髓尾部神经分泌系统分离出来的一种生长抑素样环肽。是迄今为止发现的最强缩血管活性肽,其缩血管效应比内皮素还要强16倍之多。U-Ⅱ在动脉硬化、心力衰竭等心血管疾病、肾脏及糖尿病等疾病过程中发挥重要作用。除缩血管活性外,U-Ⅱ还是一种具有丝裂原样作用的自分泌/旁分泌生长因子,在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥着一定的作用。有关U-Ⅱ基因及其表达产物在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义的研究,虽有少数报道,但尚无定论。现将本院肺癌手术患者63例的病理资料分析报道如下。
