耐久肠球菌产α-L-鼠李糖苷酶的液体发酵培养基优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过单因素试验及正交试验确定最佳碳源、氮源和无机盐浓度。最佳培养基的基本组成为蔗糖1.25%,大豆蛋白胨1.25%,磷酸二氢钾2mmol/L,牛肉膏0.3%,蛋白胨1%,氯化钠0.5%,硫酸铁3mmol/L。最佳培养条件为培养温度34℃,发酵时间4d,70mL培养基的接种量为3%。 Optimum carbon source,nitrogen source and concentrations of inorganic salts were determined with single factor and orthogonal experiments.The optimum composition was as follows: saccharose 1.25%,soya peptone 1.25%,KH2PO3 2mmol/L,beef extract 0.3%,peptone 1%,NaCl 0.5%,Fe2(SO4)3 3mmol/L.The optimum incubation conditions were fermentation temperature 37℃,fermentation time 4d and inoculum 3% in 70ml medium.
