摘要 研究在有机相反应体系中用DPPH.测定保健食品脂溶性成分抗氧化能力的可行性。建立有机相反应体系,以Trolox为标准参照物,用DPPH.测定保健食品脂溶性成分抗氧化能力,对方法的线性关系、最低检测限、平行性精密度、重复性精密度、加标回收率等指标进行测定。结果表明,Trolox在质量浓度0.00625g/L^0.10000g/L范围内线性关系良好(R2=1);最低检测下限为0.00038g/L;平行性精密度为2.9%;重复性精密度为3.5%;5次重复加标回收率为(95.5±1.5)%。DPPH法在有机相反应体系中能够测定保健食品脂溶性成份的抗氧化能力。 Feasibility of determination of antioxidant capacity of lipophilic antioxidants with DPPH· radical assay in organic reaction system was studied.Using Trolox as a standard reference,the accuracy,linearity,repeatability,recovery rate and limits of detection(LOD) of the method were studied.The results showed that the linearity of correlation of free radical scavenging and concentration of Trolox were good in the range of 0.00625-0.10000 g/L(R2=1),the LOD was 0.00038 g/L,the parallel precision 2.9%,the repeatability precision 3.5% and the recovery rate was(95.5±1.5)%.It was indicated that DPPH· radical assay in organic reaction system was feasible to analyze the antioxidant capacity of liposoluble components.
