摘要
目的在于使旅游地在获得利润和履行社会责任之间寻找一个准确清晰的方向,本文从环境保护责任、社区支持责任、旅游者关注责任三个维度来对旅游地社会责任进行评价,根据问卷所得数据进行分析,识别旅游者对旅游地社会责任各维度的评价,使原来三个维度细分为四个维度用于指导旅游地积极承担社会责任。
Based on previous studies, this paper studies the index of social responsibility with regard to tourism areas. The purpose is looking for an accurate and clear direction between the tourism profit and responsibility. It confirms that social responsibility of tourism areas is appraised by many factors including the responsibility of environment protection, the responsibility of local community support and the concerns of tourists. Questionnaire data are analyzed to identify all dimensions in evaluation of social responsibilities. The original three dimensions have been further brought down to a fourdimension guide for tourism areas to identify their social responsibility.
