摘要
本文从服务补救的角度出发,论述了图书馆服务补救的基本内容,提出制定预防性、及时性、特殊性、群体性策略,指出图书馆服务补救工作的要点,保证图书馆服务的优质化。
This paper briefly illustrates the definition of service remedy and its significance in library work. Meanwhile, this paper also puts forward several successful remedial strategies towards library reader service.
