摘要
高技能人才是推动技术创新和现代科技成果向生产力转化的重要骨干力量之一。文章分析了我国高技能人才短缺的原因,论述了加快高技能人才培养的方式。
Highly skilled personnel is one of the important staffs to promote technological innovation and scientific and technological achievements into productive forces of modern.This paper describes several effective models of speeding up training highly skilled personnel from the causes of the shortage of highly skilled personnel.
