摘要 通过在碳锰钢的基础上添加Nb微合金化元素,成功开发出珠光体占10%的铁素体+珠光体组织的高强度车轮用钢,该钢钢质纯净、晶粒细小、强度高、成形性能优良,已成功应用于轿车轮辋制造。 High strength steel for automobile wheel with 10% pearlite in ferrite plus pearlitic structure is successfully developed by adding Nb on the basis of carbon manganese steel.Owning to its pure materials,fine grain crystal,high strength and excellent formability,the steel is applied to the production of automobile wheels.
