摘要
研究了不同酸溶铝含量对转炉连铸工艺生产的20CrMnTi钢奥氏体晶粒度的影响。结果表明:N含量在40×10-4%~60×10-4%范围下,将酸溶铝含量控制在0.010%~0.020%范围,可得到理想的奥氏体晶粒度。
The effects of different kinds of acid soluble aluminum on Austenitic crystal grain size of 20CrMnTi steel produced in converter continuous casting process are studied.The result shows that with N content in the scope of 40×10-4%~60×10-4% and the control of acid soluble aluminum content in the range of 0.010~0.020%,ideal austenitic crystal grain size can be obtained.
