摘要
以红火蚁Solenopsis invicta Buren为杀灭对象,测定了热水浸泡对其的灭杀效果。试验结果表明:在温度为41.5、40.5、39.5、39、38.5和38℃时分别处理5、10、15、40、45和50min,可将红火蚁全部杀灭。建立了热水温度X1、处理时间X2和红火蚁死亡率Y之间的模型方程为Y=-373.468+11.342X1+0.837X2。并给出了在不同温度下红火蚁死亡率达100%时的处理时间。
In this paper, the lethal efficacy by hot -water treatment on the red imported fire ant was determined. The result indicated that when the temperature of water was 41.5, 40.5, 39.5, 39, 38.5 and 38℃ , and the submersed time was 5, 10, 15, 40, 45 and 50min respectively, the red imported fire ant can be completely killed. According to the result, regression model was founded to simulate the time it spent in different temperatures while the fire ants were completely killed.
