茶足柄瘤蚜茧蜂生物学特性初步研究

Preliminary study on the bionomics of Lysiphlebus testaceipes Cresson

茶足柄瘤蚜茧蜂Lysiphlebus testaceipes Cresson是寄生于苜蓿蚜Aphis craccivora Koch等蚜虫的一种重要寄生蜂。通过田间自然种群的调查,并在室内观察其发育历期的形态特征。在25℃恒温,16h光照,8h黑暗,相对湿度60%～70%的条件下,茶足柄瘤蚜茧蜂的发育历期为卵期:1～2d,幼虫期:5～7d,蛹期:4～5d。同时观察了交尾和产卵行为。茶足柄瘤蚜茧蜂成虫寿命受温度和营养条件影响很大,其中25℃条件下,补充20%蜂蜜可显著延长成虫寿命。

The present paper reports the result on studies of development stages and morpha of Lysiphle- bus testaceipes Cresson, a parasite of green peach aphid. Conducted a field survey of natural popula- tions, and to observe the development in the interior of the morphological characteristics. Its form, size of this aphidiid from egg to adult were described and measured in detail. Under the laboratory condition of constant temperature 25℃, photoperiod 16 h per day, relative humidity 60% -70% , the develop- ment periods of egg stage, Larval stage and pupal stage （and pre - pupal stage） were 1 - 2, 5 - 7, 4 - 5 days, respectively. The developing periods of 1, 2, 3, 4 instar larvae were 48 -60, 24 - 36, 24 - 36, 24 -36 hours, respectively. Also observed mating and spawning behavior. L. testaceipes were influ- ence on the temperature and nutritional, which under the conditions of 25 ℃, add 20% honey can signif-icantly extend longevity.
