摘要
钨带在90°弯曲时发生断裂,通过分析发现,断裂钨带碳含量偏高,断口处分层并呈蜂窝式片状形貌,断口附近金相组织也显示出明显的带状组织,断口处组织呈纤维状,断口为脆性断口。建议将材料含量控制在0.0050%以下,在90°弯曲时加热,加热温度在650~800℃,以降低钨带的脆性,增加弯曲时的韧性,提高成品率。
The tungsten strip will crack with 90° of cold bending..It's find that the carbon content is bit high of the crack tungsten strip.The fracture is delaminated,cellular and flaky.Nearby fracture metallographic structure also show obvious banded structure.Fracture appears fiber structure,and it is brittle fracture.It's suggested that carbon content should be controlled below 0.005% in tungsten strip,heat the strip to 650~800℃ when bend to 90°.It will reduce friability of tungsten strip,improve bend ductility,and raise the rate of finished products.
