On the Legitimacy of Ethnic Policy of New China

新中国民族政策的合法性主要来源于意识形态、法理和绩效基础。当前中国民族政策的合法性正面临着新的挑战,应从推进民族理论创新、加强马克思主义民族观教育、完善民族政策、将民族政策提升为民族法规等方面入手,巩固民族政策的合法性基础,使民族政策赢得社会的共同认可和广泛支持。

The legitimacy of new China＇ s ethnic policy mainly comes from ideological basis, the legal basis and performance basis. At present, the legality of China＇ s ethnic policy is facing new challenges. We should promote the innovation of national theory, strengthen the national education of Marxist concept, improve the ethnic policy, upgrade the ethnic policy into the ethnic legislation, in order to consolidate the legitimacy of ethnic policy, so that the ethnic policy wins the community＇ s common recognition and broad support.
