甲烷氧化菌及甲烷单加氧酶的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 甲烷氧化菌在全球大气甲烷平衡中起着重要的角色,同时甲烷氧化菌中所含特征酶甲烷单加氧酶又具有将由于甲烷氧化菌能氧化一系列的烷烃类、烯烃类以及取代型脂肪族类化合物,因而在生物修复、生物催化和温室气体甲烷的吸收中具有的应用前景和潜力。该文对甲烷氧化菌的分类,甲烷单加氧酶的特性以及在工业应用方面的研究作了简单的概述,分析目前将甲烷氧化菌或甲烷单加氧酶应用于工业化生产存在的问题,并指出今后应加强研究的方面。 Methanotrophs play an important role in the global atmospheric methane balance. The methane monooxygenase (MMO) in methanotrophs can oxidize not only methane but also a wide range of alkanes, alkenes and substituted aliphatic compounds. Therefore, methanotrophs and MMO have potential applications in bioremediation, biotransformation and methane assimilation. In this paper, the taxonomy of methanotrophs, the characteristics and industrial application of MMO were introduced. The problems in the industrial application of methanotrophs and MMO as well as the future research directions were also discussed.
