摘要
教育公平的真正实现体现在教学公平上,而对学前教育而言,则体现在保教公平上。农村幼儿园较之城市中的幼儿园,在保教起点、保教过程和保教结果上都存在着事实上的不公平。究其原因,既有经济、社会、文化方面的,也有教育政策方面的。我们应寻找合适办法,制定切实可行的措施,对症下药,解决农村学前教育中保教不公平问题,以真正实现学前教育公平。
Educational equality is embodied in the teaching equality. As of the rural pre--school education, nurses and teachers of the kintergardens are not so well fared as those in urban kintergardens in terms of the start, procedure, and effect. All this is due to the economic, social, cultural, and educational coditions. This paper studies countermeasures.
