摘要
针对SSS400+高速受电弓框架结构采用的Al-Mg-Zn高强铝合金的材料特点及应用过程中出现的焊接裂纹情况,对高速受电弓焊接裂纹产生原因进行了系统分析,并通过量焊接验证及检测分析,提出了高速受电弓焊接裂纹的工艺应对措施。
The type SSS400 + high-speed pantograph frame structure is made of the lighter high-strength Al-Mg-Zn alloy material with high strength.This paper presents systematical analysis aiming at the material characteristics and welding cracks occurred during application.Through quantity welding process verification and detection,it brings forward technical counter measures.
