商业银行在虚假验资中存在的责任问题与对策

Responsibility and Countermeasure on Mendacity Capital Verification in Commercial Banks

为了规范商业银行在企业注册中的验资行为,完善商业银行相关责任的规定,本文在分析商业银行在虚假验资中应承担的法律责任的基础上,提出了商业银行的法律对策,并就此法律问题,论述了商业银行利用验资规定进行信贷资产保全,同时,提出了商业银行验资责任的法律建议。

For regulating commercial bank＇ s capital verification during the process of corporation regis- tration, and perfecting the regulations of responsibility, on the base analyzing law responsibility which is about bank＇ s mendacity capital verification, put forward law countermeasure, discuss credit loan property protection, and refer to law suggestion about the bank＇ s capital verification responsibility.
