重症高腹内压COPD患者应用肠内营养腹内压变化的临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨重型慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者高腹内压无创通气时实施肠内营养对其腹腔压力的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2008年2月至2010年12月收治入院的重型COPD患者16例,观察基础腹内压(N1),无创通气后2h腹内压(N2),胃管置入减压2h后基础腹内压(0h),稳定应用肠内营养500ml结束后6h、12h、24h腹内压的变化。结果患者腹内压测定值如下:N1:(16.6±4.83)mmHg,N2:(16.4±4.80)mmHg,0h:(17.0±4.35)mmHg6h:(15.3±4.37)mmHg,12h:(14.8±4.12)mmHg,16h:(14.0±4.22)mmHg,相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重症COPD患者,腹内压处于2级以下患者小心使用肠内营养并不增加腹内压。
