髌骨运动轨迹异常的CT诊断 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨髌骨运动轨迹异常的CT检查价值。方法膝关节疼痛患者24例(30膝),对膝关节屈膝0°、15°、30°髌股关节进行CT检查,对髌骨的位置做出定性评价。结果在伸展状态至屈膝30°股肌收缩导致髌骨出现移位,最多见的异常是髌骨外侧移位伴倾斜。30个被检膝关节中,未发现髌股关节紊乱13个,其中出现外移或倾斜4个。在屈膝15°股肌收缩时发现9个,有潜在性髌骨位置异常7个。结论在屈膝0°~30°股肌收缩状态下,髌股关节CT扫描是检出髌骨运动轨迹异常的有效手段。
