摘要
橡胶的硫化交联密度直接影响橡胶制品的性能,为有效控制硫化丁基橡胶的交联密度,对硫化过程进行在线红外监控,探索其反应动力学。结果表明:用酚醛树脂硫化氯化丁基橡胶时,体系中存在着硫化交联反应和酚醛树脂自缩聚两种竞争反应;氯化丁基橡胶在170℃温度下硫化的表观反应级数为1.1,酚醛树脂自缩聚的表观反应级数为1.5。
Cross-linking density of vulcanizate affects the performance of rubber products directly. In order to control the cross-linking density of vulcanized rubber effectively, the experiment explores the system of the phenolic resin vulcanized chlorinated butyl rubber and analyses the reaction kinetics by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) on line. The results show that two reactions exist in the system, which are the cross-linking reaction of the rubber and the phenolic resin self-condensation reaction. The apparent reaction order for the vulcanized reaction of chlorinated butyl rubber is 1.1 and for the self- polycondensation reaction of phenolic resin is 1.5 at 170~C.
