分泌性白细胞蛋白酶抑制剂研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 分泌性白细胞蛋白酶抑制因子(secretory leucocyte protease inhibitor,SLPI)也叫抗白细胞蛋白酶或分泌性蛋白酶抑制剂,为粘膜上皮细胞分泌的非糖基化单链多肽蛋白,是一种嗜中性弹性蛋白酶阳离子抑制剂,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎和诱导细胞增殖分化等多方面生物学活性,还可通过生长增殖、细胞凋亡、组织改建等多种途径来调控创伤微环境,从而影响创伤愈合进程。本文将其近年来主要研究进展综述如下。
