椎管减压联合椎体成形术治疗下腰椎退行性椎管狭窄症合并椎体压缩性骨折 被引量:4

摘要 腰椎管狭窄症在老年人中发病率较高,多由腰椎间盘突出、骨赘形成、关节突增生和黄韧带肥厚所致;骨质疏松症引起的下腰椎椎体压缩性骨折,也多见于老年人;两种疾病同时发生,可加重患者下腰痛症状。2006年1月至2010年6月,笔者应用椎板开窗减压术联合椎体成形术治疗下腰椎退行性椎管狭窄症合并椎体压缩性骨折患者22例,效果满意,现报告如下。
