摘要
以1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢为工件材料,在切削力、刀具寿命、加工质量及切屑形貌等方面对三种具有不同负倒棱结构刀片的切削性能进行综合评估,并基于1Cr18Ni9Ti的平面铣削加工机理,研究倒棱结构对加工过程的影响规律,旨在为刀具的开发和应用提供参考依据。结果表明,合理的倒棱结构可使刀片保持合适的强度以延长刀具寿命,同时可获得满意的加工质量。
Austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti being the workpiece,the cutting performances of three cutting tools with different negative chamfer structures have been studied by synthetically evaluating in terms of cutting force,tool life,machining quality and chip morphology.And the function of chamfer structure was studied based on face milling mechanism of 1Cr18Ni9Ti.The experimental results show that tool life could be efficiently extended and good surface quality could be gained for the cutting tool with proper chamfer structure during 1Cr18Ni9Ti face milling process.The conclusion provides a reference for the development and application of cutting tools during difficult-to-cut material face milling process.
