Problems Occurred During the Steam Treatment of Iron Base Powder Metallurgy Parts and the Solving Methods

蒸汽处理是一种提高粉末冶金零件耐腐蚀性、密封性等性能的常用方法。本文基于蒸汽处理基本原理,对粉末冶金铁基零件蒸汽处理后易出现的质量问题进行了分析,并通过实验研究,提出了利用调节工艺参数(温度、蒸汽处理时间、单位气体流量)和改变蒸汽炉料筐内零件摆放方式等措施,解决了质量问题,取得了较好的效果。

Steam treatment is a commonly used method to improve corrosion resistance,sealing and other properties of powder metallurgy parts.Based on the basic principle of the steam treatment,the common quality problems of iron base powder metallurgy parts after steam treatment are analyzed.With the experiment research,the measurements of adjusting the process parameters（temperature,steam treatment time and unit gas flow） and changing the places of steam parts within the basket in the steam oven are put forward to solve the problems.The research results achieved better effect.
