摘要
我国作为石油消费国,有必要以外交来促进中国的石油安全和对外石油合作,为石油企业海外寻油铺路搭桥。基于非洲作为石油供应来源地的战略地位上升,中国在非洲积极开展石油外交。通过研究中国对非洲石油外交的当前发展情况来探索其主要实现途径。
The author of this paper has analyzed the Sino-Affica oil diplomacy and proposed some strategies to deal with the current situation that China as major oil consumer, has found it urgent to seek overseas oil recourses while Africa, as an oil base has become an increasingly important partner for its oil cooperation.
