摘要 主要叙述气调储粮技术在国内外的应用概况,气调储藏的原理及作用、方法与分类、工艺及配套设施。充氮气调和粮面气囊密闭法解决了外购二氧化碳气体费用高、整仓气密处理难等制约气调储粮发展的瓶颈问题,使充氮气调技术在我国得到大规模推广。 The application of controlled atmosphere grain storage technology at home and abroad, the principle of controlled atmos- phere storage and function, the classification methods, processes and facilities were mainly described. 13,y controlled atmosphere with N2 and the method of grain bulk surface sealed with gasbag, the bottleneck problems which restricted the development of controlled atmos phere grain storage such as the high costs on C()2 outsourcing and the difficuhy for sealing the whole warehouse were well solved, so that the technology of controlled atmosphere with N2 got a large scale promotion in our country.
