With the development of digital technology,copyright issue is becoming increasingly globalized.According to the statistics of the internationally renowned consulting company PWC,in 2010 the total output value created in global entertainment and media industries amounted to 1.8 trillion dollars,and consumerspeningviaonline or wireless channels rose from $19 billion in 2005 to $67 billion in 2010.Take digital music as anexample,according to the statistics from IFPI,the revenue in digital music trade in 2010 increased by nearly 6 percent,with a revenueof $4.6 billion globally.In spite of steady development of the international network copyright industry,piracy is still a great obstacle to the healthy industry development.Piracy causes serious damage to local music industry around the world.From 2004-2010,the turnover in digital music market increased by 1000% ,but the corporate revenues in recording music had decreased by nearly 31%.Therefore,as internetcopyright industry gradually steps into mature stage of development,the formulation of copyright protectionrule and the establishment of mechanisms increasingly become the focus among beneficiaries,and the rule-maker will also seek balance point between different interests.
